EK is a publisher of children’s picture books only. Our motto is ‘books with heart on issues that matter’ and our books are aimed primarily at children aged 4 to 8. We also publish middle-grade fiction.

We welcome submissions from literary agents, as well as new and established authors. Before submitting, please check out our Published Titles to get a feel for our current list.

Submissions Open from August, 2024.

Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we have temporarily paused submissions to give our editorial team time to catch up. Meanwhile, we strongly recommend authors make use of the resources we share Children’s Publishing Academy so you can maximize your chances of success when submissions reopen.
